How to not open Jabra Speak 710

My Jabra Speak 710 has been dead for a year now.
I charged it for 24 hours and it only gave me this one LED signal. No other reaction whatsoever. Since i could not find clues to open it on the internet I decided my Jabra Speak 710 should serve as a comprehensive example on how not to open it.
These screws (T7) cannot be accessed without bending the lower part.
The clue is to just open the top silver cover and open the four screws (smaller than a T7).
That said, it is time for me to say good bye to Jabra and never buy a product from them again.
